Of course it’s not a 5 star hotel, but for the value I give it 5 stars! Rooms were totally clean and comfortable at a reasonable price, right on I-40 for convenience. Usually I’m weary of these types of hotels but this was a total pleasant experience.

Clean, quiet, and very accommodating with our late night arrival. The location is perfect. Close to the freeway, many shops, and Dutch bros. coffee, which is my favorite! I am planning a trip this summer and definitely plan on staying at Colonial Inn.

We almost took a pass on this hotel because of the reviews. Then we saw one review that mentioned new management and we thought we would give them a try because of the good rate. We are glad we did. The room has been recently upgraded with flat screen TV, new furniture, fixtures, and carpet, and was spotlessly clean. It's a nice treat to get a refrigerator and microwave in the room. We didn't expect that for the price we paid. The towels and linens are new and of good quality. The bed was quite comfortable. Location is a half mile from the interstate so there was no traffic noise. The reception experience was fast and very friendly. We would stay again.

Looks, smells, and feels very clean. Firm comfy bed, so our backs felt much better in the morning. The staff was very helpful. On our long road trip, this inn had the best quality per dollar for the entire week! We highly recommend it with a big thank you to the owners. (I personally slept better here than in my own bed, it was so comfy.) For a better idea of what I’m saying- this inn gave us a cleaner and comfier room than other facilities have given us for twice the cost. Price point- low. Quality- high.

The family who run this motel are courteous and professional. They take very good care of the premises, there are flowers in the front and they have an herb garden. The property and rooms are neat and clean and the area is quiet. Very reasonably priced. Coffee machine in the room, as well as microwave, ironing board and iron, good wifi.

Easy to find just half mile south of the 40 fwy. Just a very clean simple room and perfect for a traveler with a budget! Bed was comfy and I really loved the crisp clean sheets! Nice to see when I had seen the opposite at other budget hotels. Easy parking for my trailer too... right by my room. Thanks! Ill be back !

Huge comfortable bed, great tv stations. Lots of water pressure in the shower. Very clean room with nice bedding. Air conditioner worked great. Quiet area.

It's older, so don't expect the Ritz, but my room was very clean, and the service was excellent. Very convenient to the highway, but the driveway may be challenging as it's very steep, and parking a truck and trailer would be difficult if it's busy or if you're inexperienced.

My only complaint is that after going out for breakfast My card key didn't work. It was 9 am and checkout time was 11
